Chief Operating Officers (COO)

Mr. Phillips joined Guest-Tek in November 2003, as a consultant for Sales in the Caribbean. In that period of time Mr. Phillips consulted with additional departments within Guest-Tek including Installations, Project Management, Network Operation, Support & Network Engineering. In June 2007, Mr. Phillips was promoted to Director of Network Upgrades and subsequently to Vice President of Field Services and Vice President of Operations. In August of 2009, Mr. Phillips was promoted to Interim Chief Operating Officer culminating in his election as Chief Operating Officer in February 2010. Mr. Phillips has worked extensively in the Hospitality and IT fields for the last 15 years. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the company. Educated in the West Indies he has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and has completed multiple technical and training courses throughout his career.
